
Andrzej Bandkowski
Born on November 22, 1942, in Toruń. A graduate of the State Higher School of Visual Arts in Wrocław at the Faculty of Interior Architecture. Since 1972, he has been a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers and the Goldsmithing Artists' Association.
Andrzej Bandkowski specializes in the design and creation of unique jewelry. The artist also realizes his own designs for functional objects, such as insignia, sacred objects, and small sculptural forms.
He lectured at the Higher School of Arts and Crafts and Management in Wrocław. Currently, Andrzej Bandkowski conducts courses for both amateurs and professionals in the design and production of jewelry as well as small sculptural forms.
The artist's works are held in private collections, the Copper Museum in Legnica, the Art Gallery in Legnica, the Museum in Gliwice, the Museum of Goldsmithing Art in Kazimierz Dolny, the Amber Museum, and the Maria Magdalena Kwiatkiewicz collection.
