The museum is open every day except Tuesday.
It is not necessary to print tickets. At the "Visitor Services" desk, simply present your electronic ticket on your smartphone or tablet. Please have the QR code ready for scanning before approaching the ticket inspector.
The average visit to the main exhibition is approximately 45-60 minutes. If you plan to visit the temporary exhibitions as well, we suggest allowing an additional 30 minutes.
Yes, the museum has a free self-service cloakroom and lockers for larger backpacks and bags. Please leave any luggage larger than A4 size and any outerwear before entering the exhibition halls.
