
Arkadiusz Wolski
He studied physical oceanography at the University of Gdańsk. After graduating in 1998, he decided to change his career path and began working as a goldsmith and designer. He is completely self-taught.
Jewelry was his first love, but currently, he also creates larger forms—sculptures, lamps, and furniture. His work is not only interesting design but also conceptual or autonomous forms of artistic expression.
His works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions both in Poland and abroad. He is a laureate of many goldsmithing awards, including: Amberif 2000 – Special Prize, the Special Prize "Decadence" 2009 from the Art Gallery in Legnica, and the "Innovations" competition at the Inhorgenta fair in Munich in 2010. Arkadiusz Wolski's objects are held in museum collections at the Art Gallery in Legnica, the Museum in Gliwice, the Amber Museum in Gdańsk, the Amber Museum in Malbork, and the Amber Museum in Ribnitz-Damgarten, as well as in the Maria Magdalena Kwiatkiewicz Collection of Contemporary Polish Goldsmithing Art.
