Kamilla Rohn

Kamilla Rohn

Born in 1949 in Warsaw, she lives and creates there to this day. In her studio in Saska Kępa, she has for years continued the traditions of her parents, Ludmiła Ślaska-Suchorzewska and Ryszard Rohn.

Her parents were among the leading artistic jewelry designers of the 1950s and 60s. Kamilla Rohn draws inspiration for her designs from the natural world. Butterflies, dragonflies, leaves, and mistletoe twigs are characteristic motifs appearing throughout her work.

Her designs are feminine, light, and poetic, while her unique brooches featuring hand-painted animal imagery captivate with their beauty and master craftsmanship. In 1980, she was granted the title of Master Goldsmith by the Minister of Culture and Art. A participant in numerous international exhibitions, her works can be found in prestigious private and museum collections.
