Maciej Rozenberg

Maciej Rozenberg's jewelry is designed for modern women who, amidst industrialized monotony, seek a new, timeless style that expresses opposition and independence from superficial, stagnant forms. Grandeur, combined with subtlety, simplicity, and elegance, forms the foundation of his creative expression.

These criteria have allowed the designer to pursue his original stylistic concept for over thirty years - a concept that has been refined and idealized under the ROZENBERG brand for the past seven years. Significant here are references to the finest models, such as those drawn from "land art," as well as the art of ancient archaeology and its contemporary interpretations.

His degree in photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk and his studies in Art History at the University of Gdańsk perfectly align with his search for absolute values. Encounters with "great" art necessitated a return to the techniques of ancient goldsmithing, which are striking in their perfection. Many jewelry designs feature solutions inspired by archaeological objects from the world’s most important collections. This is made possible by the ancient-derived principle of "taille directe," the goal of which is not to create, but to extract the work from the material itself. Such direct encounters with precious materials naturally individualize the resulting objects.
