Małgorzata Mieleszko-Myszka
Born in 1971 in Lublin, she was educated at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Since 1998, she has been creating original jewelry made of silver, which combines small-scale sculpture with functional form.
Her work is inspired by Pre-Columbian American art, ancient Rome and Greece, and Pre-Slavic art. One of her most characteristic collections is KLIMT, in which she uses gilded silver created through the ancient Korean gilding technique known as keum boo.
The jewelry she designs is lightweight and multidimensional, thanks to the use of hematites. Her medallic works are included in the collection of the Museum of Medallic Art in Wrocław.
