Marcin Zaremski
Marcin Zaremski (born 1951) is the physical and spiritual heir to Jerzy and Jadwiga Zaremski, who are recognized as the precursors and creators of the contemporary Polish school of goldsmithing.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1969–1974), while simultaneously learning the craft of goldsmithing in his parents' studio, which had been operating since 1945. Since 1974, he has been running his own jewelry studio.
He has participated in over 100 exhibitions in Poland and abroad, both collective and solo. Since 1991, he has managed his own jewelry gallery at Rynek Starego Miasta 8 in Warsaw. He regularly participates in the largest international jewelry fairs in Europe (including those in Munich and Frankfurt). Works from Marcin Zaremski's studio are available in: Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Vienna, Düsseldorf, Munich, Copenhagen, Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, London, Rome, Geneva, Athens, Philadelphia, New York, and Jerusalem.
Marcin Zaremski specializes in designing modern and designer, yet exceptionally simple, silver jewelry. The jewelry he designs is crafted in his own metalwork studio.
