Zofia and Witold Kozubscy
Graduates of the Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. They live and work in Warsaw's Żoliborz district. They have been designing jewelry since the 1970s. A characteristic feature of their work is color, which first appeared in their studio in 1988. They used it for the first time while preparing jewelry for the International Goldsmithing Art Competition "Color," organized by BWA in Legnica. They won the First Prize for their work at that event.
Kozubscy are an ideal goldsmithing duo, where one partner handles the metal techniques and the other focuses on the aesthetics. They create jewelry using titanium, aluminum, silver, and hand-painted enamel. Designs by Kozubscy are elegant forms with a touch of humor and a variety of shapes. They have developed a distinctive style that aligns with the pop-art aesthetic. Their earlier collections were largely inspired by nature, including the world of birds.
Often, their unique pieces or jewelry collections refer to current socio-political events. The couple has won numerous awards in goldsmithing competitions. In 2025, they were honored for their lifetime achievements and for inspiring younger generations by the Jewelry Institute of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.
